Welcome to the world of Phos Studio. Our Australian-made skincare is born from a deep passion to combine the best of both worlds - the wisdom of Ayurvedic botanicals and practices, and the advancements of Western skin science. 

As someone of South Asian heritage (Sri Lankan) raised in Australia, I always longed for a skincare brand that could bridge the gap between my South Asian cultural roots and Australian Identity. And so, Phos Studio came to life.

At Phos Studio, we draw inspiration from the rich Hindu traditions and practice of Ayurveda. Crafting skincare products that are inspired by Ayurvedic botanicals and practices while also incorporating the latest scientific research and practices to ensure their effectiveness and safety.

Phos Studio is more than just a beauty & wellness brand - it is a reflection of my passion to create a bridge between my South Asian & Australian cultures and empower individuals to embrace their unique beauty, inside and out.

“Phos” means to illuminate or light in Ancient Greek. I chose this name as my heart is for our brand to illuminate the diversity and individuality within the South Asian community. Our goal is to break stereotypes and create a new and accurate narrative that represents the true range of experiences and beauty within our community. We want to celebrate and embrace the unique features, skin tones and individuality that make us who we are, while merging the influence and important part western culture has on identity.
